As a mediator and arbitrator, Deborah Coleman helps parties in conflict resolve their disputes. She also provides professional ethics counsel and representation to lawyers facing grievances.
In the course of her work as an advocate, counselor and neutral, Deborah has worked with individuals and businesses in many industry sectors, including manufacturing, mining, wholesale distribution, franchising, food and beverage, construction, real estate, banking and finance, insurance, health care, publishing, software development, sports, entertainment, and utilities. She has worked with writers and artists, entrepreneurs, governmental entities and not-for-profit institutions.

Deborah was the first woman partner of the business law firm where she worked for over 35 years, and the firm’s Ethics Partner. Her litigation and counseling practice focused on antitrust, intellectual property and technology. Her experience included the litigation of insurance disputes, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, public law cases, and a variety of commercial disputes.
